Our client, a private organization focused on delivering marketing and data resources for a large higher education institution, is hiring a full‑time Integrated Media Specialist! Location: Tempe, AZ - 2 days a week onsite Hours: 40 hours a week Contract Duration: 6 months with high potential to convert Pay Rate: $38-43/hr About this role Hands on media planning and buying role Serve as the primary point of contact with local and regional media vendors, including negotiating rates, managing contracts, and maintaining vendor relationships Traffic creative assets, manage media specifications, and ensure accurate and timely placement of creative across traditional media channels Support digital media execution across paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, and video/CTV at an intermediate, hands‑on level Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3‑5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with demonstrated hands‑on experience in traditional media, particularly out‑of‑home Hands‑on experience with paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, and video/CTV Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with vendors and internal stakeholders I’d love to schedule a call.
