About One Behavioral:
One Behavioral is a leading outpatient behavioral health clinic in Texas, committed to delivering top-quality mental health and behavioral therapy services. We are launching a new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in our Friendswood, TX location and are looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead this initiative.
Job Summary:The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing our ABA program for individuals diagnosed with autism and other behavioral disorders . This position is responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) , creating individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and set measurable behavior goals.
- Supervise RBTs and ensure quality implementation of therapy sessions.
- Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to provide holistic care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain compliance with BACB standards and Texas regulations.
- BCBA certification (Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field + BACB exam + supervised experience).
- Experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities .
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies in an outpatient or clinical setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Texas licensure (if required).
- Experience launching or leading an ABA program.
- Previous work in outpatient mental health clinics .
