About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Senior Advisor, Controllership to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial statements, management reporting, and analysis in compliance with IFRS and the company's policies. This role involves close collaboration with the Closing & Reporting teams and Finance Business Partners, and key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOX standards, and accounting policies, as well as managing statutory account audits and providing technical accounting and financial advisory support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CA or CPA certification, and strong technical accounting skills. Experience in the mining sector and/or smelting, as well as Big 4 audit experience, is highly desirable. Applicants for the Interim Senior Advisor, Controllership position at the company should possess advanced Excel skills, and a working knowledge of SAP is also highly desirable. The role requires the ability to make connections between financial information and business activities, and the candidate should have very good business acumen, a proactive nature, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
