Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones and professionally handling customer service requests
- Conduct opening and closing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide customers with detailed service information and recommend additional offerings to enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and friendly lobby environment for all visitors
