The successful candidate will assist in managingour ecommerce operations across multiple marketplaces and social sellingchannels, ensuring products are listed accurately, orders are processedefficiently, and online sales continue to grow. KeyResponsibilities Create, manage, and optimise product listings acrossecommerce platforms. Process and dispatch customer orders in a timelymanner. Monitor stock levels and update inventory across onlinechannels. Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issuesprofessionally. Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities toincrease revenue. Support the planning and delivery of promotionalcampaigns. Assist with photography, product descriptions, andmerchandising. Participate in live selling events to engage customersand drive sales. Maintain high standards of accuracy and organisationwithin ecommerce operations. About You We’re looking for someone who isprofessional and approachable and has: Previous experience in an ecommerce or online retailrole. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Confident using social media and online sellingplatforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience selling on eBay, Vinted, and Depop . Experience with live selling platforms andsocial commerce. Knowledge of product photography and listingoptimisation. Part of the team The EcommerceAssistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations, performance, and growthof the company’s online sales channels. This role is responsible for optimisingwebsite performance, managing product listings, analysing sales data, andexecuting digital campaigns to drive revenue and improve customer experience. Core Responsibilities EcommerceOperations Supportthe management of the ecommerce website(s), ensuring all content, products,and promotions are accurate and up to date Uploadand maintain product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, andcategorisation Monitorstock levels online and coordinate with merchandising or supply teams Ensuresmooth order processing and liaise with customer service for issue resolution Performance & Analytics Track and analyse key ecommerce KPIs(conversion rate, average order value, traffic, revenue) Generate regular performance reportswith insights and recommendations Identify opportunities to improvesite performance and user journey Digital Marketing Support Assist in planning and executingcampaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and social channels Support promotional calendarexecution (sales, launches, seasonal events) Work with marketing teams to ensurebrand consistency across digital platforms Assistwith onsite merchandising (homepage, category pages, product recommendations) SupportA/B testing and UX improvements Identifyand troubleshoot website issues, escalating where needed Marketplace& Channel Management (if applicable) Supportmanagement of third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, marketplaces) Ensureproduct data and pricing are consistent across all channels Workclosely with marketing, IT, logistics, and buying teams Supportnew product launches and digital initiatives Assistin coordinating external agencies or partners Commercialawareness and data-driven mindset Strongproblem-solving skills Ability tomultitask and manage priorities Excellentcommunication and teamwork Customer-focusedapproach Skills Requirements Previousexperience in an ecommerce or digital retail role Stronganalytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics,Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms Goodunderstanding of digital marketing channels Highattention to detail and organisational skills Proficientin Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) Experiencewith CMS platforms and ecommerce systems KnowledgeofSEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) Experiencewith marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) Basicunderstanding of HTML/CSS Experienceof live selling.
