Pelvic Health Physical Therapist – Encino, CA

Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

Full-Time Compensation: $104,000–$120,640 Annually

Sign-On Bonus Up to $5,000 | Pelvic Health Training & Mentorship Available

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Encino, California .

Our practice helps patients restore function, improve comfort, and return to the activities that matter to them. We provide specialized services in orthopedics, chronic pain, breast cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema, pelvic health, and aquatic therapy.

This opportunity is open to Physical Therapists with pelvic health experience and those interested in developing this specialty. Pelvic floor certification is not required to apply—we’ll cover the cost of pelvic health certification and provide mentorship to support your development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and post-surgical and postpartum recovery
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education tailored to pelvic health needs
• Prescribe exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and functional mobility
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on symptom management and home exercise programs
• Coordinate care with referring physicians, including OB/GYNs, urologists, and primary care providers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active California Physical Therapist license , or eligibility for licensure with a licensing exam date already scheduled
• Understanding of pelvic floor conditions or willingness to complete training and mentorship in this specialty
• Strong communication, patient education, and clinical reasoning skills
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred

Applicants must currently hold a California PT license or meet the stated licensure eligibility requirements.
