Responsibilities As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse. Efficiency and Organization: You'll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products. Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe. Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with. Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures–10F to 100F is required to keep our food safe! Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
