Sales Associate

Sales AssociateClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Must have a strong background to be considered for this position.Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.Act as the main point of contact with our customers.Sales and Revenue Growth:Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities within accounts with folding cartons and other packaging solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Track and report on account performance on a monthly basis.Relentlessly work to drive and generate new accounts.Account Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.Communication and Presentations:Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on products, services, and industry trends.Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Customer Satisfaction and Retention:Proactively address issues or concerns raised by clients.Continuously strive to enhance customer loyalty and retention.Reporting:Maintain accurate records of account activities, interactions, and sales.Prepare and submit regular reports to management.Maintain pipeline of potential new accountsQualifications:Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
