Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience in school settings as a BCBA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Consult and collaborate with school staff and families to implement effective behavior supports
• Provide direct and indirect support to students, including ongoing data collection and progress monitoring
• Offer professional development and training to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Document all services and maintain compliance with relevant guidelines and best practices
