Solar Appointment Setter

As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. You will foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. You will proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Responsibilities Engage with customers to promote Sunrun products and services. Conduct retail visits and stand at partner retail locations. Schedule appointments and follow up to secure new solar installations. Communicate the value of renewable energy and storage solutions to potential customers. Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound contacts. Qualifications Strong communication skills and self‑motivation. Willingness to learn and passion for the renewable energy mission. Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius for a multi‑store territory. Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay with uncapped commissions for new solar appointments. Potential earnings: average $51,408–$87,288 (location and performance dependent); top performers may earn up to $160,000+ per year.
