Labor Relations Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Employee and Labor Relations professional to lead strategy, operations, and partnership across a complex, unionized healthcare environment. This role is a trusted advisor to leadership, a hands‑on negotiator, and a champion for positive employee relations. What You’ll Do Lead employee and labor relations strategy, including grievance management and conflict resolution Serve as a key negotiator or participant in collective bargaining and labor contract administration Advise leaders on discipline, investigations, dispute resolution, and employee relations best practices Partner with senior leaders on organizational goals, change initiatives, and compliance Represent the organization in grievances, arbitrations, and agency matters as needed What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred) 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on labor and employee relations Proven experience negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements Deep knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills Ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism, fairness, and sound judgment This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands‑on leadership and making a real impact on workplace culture and outcomes.
