About The Role As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers opportunities to grow in a flexible schedule. Contribute to store and individual sales goals. Maintain store appearance: organize displays, restock shelves, manage merchandise. Lift and carry shoes and boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stay on feet most of shift. Handle cashier duties, accurately processing payments. Keep product knowledge up‑to‑date on latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve customer experience and sales. Collaborate with team to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards. What We Need From You Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level retail role. Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities. Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. Excitement to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential. Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
