This is a great opportunity for professionals who aspire to advance their career in Accounting by enhancing financial and accounting efficiency within our scaling organization.As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HQ, delivering daily accounting tasks;Analyze and evaluate monthly financial results to ensure timely and accurate reporting according to the Group policies;Coordinate the annual financial audit, preparing all information needed, and oversee the whole process;Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders, including tax, accounts payable and treasury teams;Deliver ad hoc requests and participate in special projects when requested;Support and optimize the existing ERP system, gathering and processing data to generate comprehensive financial reports;Provide leadership with timely and accurate updates on assigned tasks, financial results, and any relevant issues.;What you’ll bring: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other relevant field of Finance;A Master's degree in accounting or finance or ACCA/ACA qualification will be considered a plus;4+ years of combined financial reporting/accounting within a corporate international environment.Experience with formal audit processes;Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and particularly Excel;Good knowledge of IFRS standards;Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central will be considered as an asset;Highly analytical, detail-oriented and proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions;Fluency in English (both oral and written);Strong organizational, planning, quantitative and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative mindset; Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment, meeting tight deadlines.Kaizen Gaming Perksð Hybrid way of workingð A buddy will support you with your onboardingð Competitive pay and bonus schemeð Monthly allowanceð‍️ Private health insurance for you and your familyDevelopmental 360 feedback frameworkð Unlimited access to Udemy & continuous trainingð‍ð‍ð§‍ð Family Support #LI-Hybrid#LI-DG1Recruitment Privacy Notice Regarding the data you share with us, you may find and read our recruitment privacy notice here.We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
