Manufacturing Engineer

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new program launches, and enhance manufacturing performance in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
  • Support prototype builds and new product launches
  • Lead process improvements, feasibility studies, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and performance
  • Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and technical deliverables
  • Support press room operations, equipment performance, and preventive maintenance
  • Apply PFMEA, Control Plans, and IATF standards; implement Poka-Yoke systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–5 years manufacturing engineering experience (automotive preferred)
  • Strong background in metal stamping, forming, and press operations
  • Project management and cross-functional leadership experience
  • PLC experience required (Siemens, Mitsubishi; Allen-Bradley a plus)
  • Knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process flows
