Nurse Supervisor - RN / LPN - $5000 Sign On Bonus Position: Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN NHC HealthCare Moulton is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to join our team. Nurse Supervisor responsibilities include overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN) – preferred. Licensed to practice in this state. Participates in continuing education to maintain current licensure and knowledge of current trends and developments in nursing. Maintains CPR certification. Preferred experience in ventilator unit, critical care, or special care. Position Highlights Supervises and evaluates work performance of nursing staff. Monitors care to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Carries out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies. Completes admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed. Monitors resident lab schedule and results. Monitors 24‑hour report sheets and follows up accordingly.
