Join Our Team at Folino Estate Winery! We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Bartenders to help deliver exceptional dining experiences at weddings, private events, and large-scale gatherings. As a key part of our events team, you'll work closely with event coordinators and hosts to ensure every detail runs smoothly-from setup to final service-while providing warm, attentive hospitality and prompt solutions to any questions or concerns.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change if necessary.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Equip bar with clean and sterilized glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Balance cash receipts.
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately enter into the register system.
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
• Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.

• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event scheduling.
• Ability to maintain high standards in event setup, food presentation, and service quality.
• Quick thinker who can handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
• Clear and confident in conveying information to team members and guests, including menu details and service expectations.
• Comfortable working long shifts on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
