You will also maintain a personal training client roster. Additionally, you’ll ensure accurate administration of all personal training services, including client programming, progress tracking, and the management of the dotFIT program and supplement sales\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_**What Success Looks Like:*** Supports a high-performing personal training team through our coaching cycle and ongoing education to build engagement and professional growth* Consistently meets club goals by driving new client acquisition, client retention, supplement recommendations, and personal training sales through the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and team coaching* Upholds high standards in all personal training services, including client records, dotFIT programming, progress tracking, and supplement sales, while providing consistent, high-quality team & member support
