This is much more than a job – it is a career with purpose. Delivery Driver Assistant The pay range for this role is $17.75 to $18.75 per hour. Aaron’s Delivery Driver Assistants play key roles in the delivery and installation of our merchandise into the homes of our customers. Working directly with the Delivery Driver, you will install, move, and pick up merchandise and demonstrate how customers can use their products. You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Stage, load, and appropriately secure products. Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise. Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate. Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat. Preferred Qualifications Experience moving household furnishings and appliances. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance. Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
