About the Role:
Right at Home Des Moines is looking for compassionate and dedicated HHAs, CNAs, and Caregivers to join our growing team in West Des Moines, IA. In this rewarding role, you'll make a real difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities by providing essential in-home care and support. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities

Requirements:

• Current HHA, CNA, or Caregiver certification preferred but not always required
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with physical needs
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
