In this role, you will:
- Advocate for injured clients by providing compassionate, knowledgeable legal guidance.
- Conduct thorough case investigations and develop effective legal strategies.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support client goals.
- Remain accessible to clients as needed, understanding that legal needs can arise outside of regular business hours.
Qualifications:
- 1-10+ years of personal injury experience.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- A proactive approach to case management and advocacy.
- Admission to practice law in New York.
