Completes and approves final product inspection prior to release for distribution. May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays.## Job Description**Duties may include:*** Follows written process/assembly documentation.* Inspects final product prior to release for distribution* May be cross-trained in additional production areas for final product inspection.* Adheres to all safety requirements.* Adheres to approved quality documents and maintains quality records per procedure.* Maintains a clean work area.* May assist in training other employees on QA inspector responsibilities.* May assist in preventative maintenance of standard production equipment.* May complete process audits and identify and contribute to improvements in area.****SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS***** Proficient in a flow of manufacturing and test requirement documents.* Basic understanding of GMP and GDP* Basic understanding of several business systems/concepts such as Demand Flow, Statistical Process Control, Process Documentation, Empowerment, Six Sigma methods, Quality and/or Cost Improvement.**Experience Level with Business Tools*** Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.**Education and Experience*** High School Degree or equivalent* 1+ years of experience**ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS****Environment and Physical Demands*** Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation.* H*eavy,* work that will *occasionally 1-33%,* require employee to lift/move up to 70 lbs.
