Job Description
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Scooter’s Barista, every day is about creating connections — one cup at a time. You’ll craft quality hot and cold drinks, serve up smiles, and keep the store clean, stocked, and buzzing with positive energy. From the morning rush to the afternoon pick-me-ups, you’re the heartbeat of the store and the face of the brand.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US
At Scooter's Coffee, we believe in growing people and brewing kindness.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Free brewed coffee on every shift
- One free specialty drink each shift
- 50% off drinks & food
- Flexible schedules that fit your life
- Cash tips daily
- Leadership training & growth opportunities — we love promoting from within
- A positive, team-driven culture where fun and hard work go hand in hand
- Greet customers with warmth, energy, and genuine care
- Take orders and craft beverages with precision and speed
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock products and communicate inventory needs
- Learn and share product knowledge to ensure top-tier customer experience
- Assist with task and maintain a smooth flow of operations
- Be a team player — because great coffee tastes better when we make it together
You’re positive, reliable, and love connecting with people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, care about quality, and enjoy being part of something bigger — a team that makes mornings brighter and days better.
Note
You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter’s Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage, training, and benefit programs, which may vary between locations.
