Expeditor at Quattro Restaurant

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for an Expeditor at Quattro Restaurant.

Essential function of the job:

• Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line
• Assist in food running/serving
• Ensure accuracy of orders with strong attention to details, allergies, and special requests
• Effectively communicate with Servers
• Assist the Server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible with schedule Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Ability to carry and balance a tray
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
