As a Pizza Maker, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced kitchen, creating delicious pizzas that bring people together. Key Responsibilities
- Stretch dough by hand and build pizzas according to company specifications.
- Manage oven rotation and ensure proper baking times for optimal results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation at all times.
- Restock the line and prepare ingredients as needed to ensure efficiency.
- Follow sanitation, safety, and food handling standards diligently.
- Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Uphold the quality and consistency of the Pizza Tascio brand in every pizza made.
Requirements
- No experience required—we provide training for the right candidates.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
- Passion for good pizza and fostering a positive atmosphere.
