Senior Project Executive

The Project Executive is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role provides leadership to project teams, maintains client relationships, oversees project financial performance, and ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. Responsibilities Lead and support Project Managers and project teams across multiple projects. Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flow, profitability, and overall performance. Assist with project planning, staffing, resource allocation, and operational execution. Support contract administration, change management, and issue resolution. Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing client and project concerns. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, field operations, accounting, and executive leadership to support successful project delivery. Participate in business development efforts, client retention, and repeat work opportunities. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff. Qualifications 7+ years of commercial construction management experience. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and project teams. Strong understanding of construction contracts, project financials, scheduling, and project controls. Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and client management skills.
