Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Duration: 5+ month contract with chance of extending/converting Locations: Abilene, TX (Onsite) Overview Provides overall support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department, from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates through post-employment offer activities. Includes, but is not limited to, assisting all personnel involved in the Talent Acquisition process with organizational and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process while delivering a positive candidate experience. Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when required and process reimbursement requests. Initiate and shepherd candidates through the hiring process by ensuring applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9 documentation are completed accurately and timely. Audit information handled during the hiring process for accuracy, completion, and compliance. Conduct new hire orientation for applicable locations, as assigned. Schedule and track candidate drug tests and physicals. Monitor background check results. Coordinate on-site files at assigned locations, including historical I-9 originals, job/requisition files, and related documentation. Administer or assist with employment testing as needed. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Associate\'s degree in a related field preferred. Experience Six years of experience in the field or a related area. Experience should include varied business situations or circumstances that demonstrate confidentiality, maturity, discretion, personal tact, judgment, and initiative. Knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures. Experience and knowledge of all phases of the full life cycle recruiting process. Strong customer-oriented mindset. Ability to create a warm, inviting, and welcoming experience for candidates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical aptitude, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Collaborative team player. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
