    • 6am-6pm in facility
    • 6pm-6am on-call
    • orientation on August 5
    • coverage August 6-19
    • 10-14 days per month
  • Call: In-house, 6pm-6am; 15-minute response timep

    • Placement of central lines
    • Paracentesis
    • Spinal taps
    • Exchange transfusion
    • Thermal cooling
    • Ventilator management, including oscillators and iNO
  • Cases:
    • Level lll NICU without surgical sub-specialties
    • Respiratory Distress Syndrome
    • Pulmonary Hypertension
    • Pneumothorax
    • Sepsis
    • Seizures
    • Stabilize surgical cases for transport out
    • VLBW
    • NAS

Requirements

  • Board certified as an NP in Neonatology
  • Licensed in Michigan
  • Certifications: PALS; NRP
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
