Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Alarm Response Patrol in Clayton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response. You will remain visible, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.32 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri05:30 AM - 01:30 PM Sat07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, perimeter, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
