Private Banking Portfolio Management Services Team We are seeking an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual to support the Portfolio Management Services Team—a highly‑coveted group of quick‑thinking, problem‑solving professionals who set high standards in customer service and project management within the US Private Banking Business. Responsibilities Support clients across the portfolio management product suite. Incorporate workflows, procedures, and outputs that form the base offering for our clients. Ticket and question troubleshooting related to portfolio management functionality. Resolve time‑critical trading, reporting, and day‑to‑day trading activities. Develop training and documentation of procedures. Coordinate communication with external and internal partners to ensure consistent and efficient support for platform delivery and product development teams related to clients’ portfolio management needs. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the financial industry. Industry knowledge of portfolio management trading and workflows. Preferred Skills Strong relationship management skills. Strong technical proficiency and communication skills. Strong time‑management skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to concurrently perform multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately. Adaptability to role and organizational changes. Patience. Experience with Advent Moxy /Axys products. Experience with SEI systems including PME, SEI Wealth Platform, and Trust 3000.
