Client Service Representative

Responsibilities Customer Service: Greeting clients and patients, answering high volume telephone calls, guiding clients to exam rooms. Administrative Duties: Scheduling and confirming appointments, managing medical records, updating client information. Financial Transaction: processing payments. Hospital Maintenance: Ensuring that the front desk and lobby area is clean, organized and welcoming.
