This company empowers engineering leaders and teams to make informed, data-driven decisions, sitting at the intersection of developer tooling and business intelligence.What You Will DoEmbed with strategic customers to assess their engineering workflows, data sources, and objectives.Design and implement custom integrations that connect customer tools, such as ticketing systems, source control, and CI/CD pipelines, into the platform.Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in customer environments, employing innovative problem-solving strategies.Build tailored data pipelines, connectors, and configurations that meet specific customer requirements.Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure field insights drive product enhancements.Develop reusable assets and documentation that streamline future deployments.Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering and platform teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.Ideal Candidate Background3 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering roles.Hands-on experience with developer tooling ecosystems, including version control systems, CI/CD platforms, and observability tools.Proficient in reading, writing, and debugging code across multiple programming languages or environments.Strong understanding of data integration concepts, APIs, and ETL or ELT patterns.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.PreferredExperience in early-stage or growth-stage software companies.Familiarity with engineering metrics or developer productivity frameworks.Exposure to data warehousing, business intelligence tools, or analytics platforms.Background in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $140K to $210K, with an opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment that values technical expertise and customer engagement.
