- A verifiable history of excellent attendance and reliability
- H.S. Diploma and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work 2-3 shifts a week (10-18 hours) with evening and weekend availability
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate guests and members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team-based atmosphere
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
- Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Confidently make outbound phone calls to leads and guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
