Collision Repair Technician

Job OpportunityCome join our team, where we take work-life balance seriously with 3 day weekends!Job Description- Perform metal repair work including dent pulling and repair- Perform structural and frame repair- Reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition meeting OEM requirements- Perform glass replacement and repairs- Perform quality control checks- Perform test drives and system function checks- Fit sheet metal and other new parts- Help in disassembly and other repair departments as workflow permitsRequirements- Must have experience- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 50 pounds- Ability to pass a drug test and background check- Must be dependable, maintain a clean and organized environment, be a team player while paying attention to detail and maintaining a positive attitudeBenefits- 100% paid Employee Health Insurance- 100% paid Employee Dental Insurance- 401K Retirement offered with up to 4% match- Paid Time Off- 4-day work weeks
