Assist in the administration, maintenance, and security of the organization's technology infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, network systems, endpoints, and cloud-based platforms. Support cyber security initiatives and training. Support annual campaign and online giving platforms.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Perform help desk duties and provide necessary assistance with hardware, systems, software, printers and copiers.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, repair or escalate as needed.Document support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues within the ticketing system.Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Office applicationsAssist with onboarding and offboarding technology setup for employees.Assist in monitoring, maintaining and implementing controls, policies, procedures and training for organization cyber securityAssists in the preparation and maintenance of all system documentation, programming documentation, and in-house training guides.Provide Audio Video systems support for meeting rooms and provide in meeting AV support for presentations.Support campaign online giving platformsSupport campaign materials printing, packing and supplies inventory.Other duties as assigned by the VP Information Services or Senior Leadership.Benefits:Employer-subsidized healthcare plan with employer-funded HRA offered.Group dental, vision, life insurance and other insurance products available.Paid holidays, personal and sick leave time.403(b) retirement plan with employer matching available.Requirements:Education and Experience:Associate's degree in related field of study, or related industry certifications, bachelor's preferred.1-3 years of experience in technical supportExperience in operating and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.Experience working in a nonprofit environment is a plus.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Information:Strong customer service orientation.Professional demeanor, confident and goal oriented.Understanding networking concepts and strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications/Environments.Experience/working knowledge with Power BI preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.Excellent organizational and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities and problem-solve issues as they arise.Attention to processes and detail in a multitasking environmentCommitment to confidentiality and data security.United Way Competencies:Core Competencies (all United Way Professionals): Mission Focused, Relationship Oriented, Collaborator, Results Driven, Brand StewardWork Environment:Normal nonprofit office environment with little exposure to dust, noise and extreme temperatures.Extended work on personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.Reliable transportation required, with the ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events locally, routinely and around the state and nationally, occasionally.Monday-Friday, 8:15 am to 4:45 pm work week with occasional evening and weekend hours.Physical Demands:Sedentary work on a PC; sitting for extended periods of time, routinely.Movement within the office and during external meetings and events, regularly.Bends, stoops and twists, occasionally.Exerts up to 25 lbs. of force, occasionally.Facilitates, presents and collaboratively interacts with others, routinely.Perform repetitive tasks, i.e., typing and texting, routinely.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification.
