Sales Operations Specialist

Supporting core commercial operations processes, the full-time remote Sales Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, ensure accurate billing configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales support functions. Key responsibilities Support the end-to-end contracting lifecycle by validating commercial requests and facilitating contract execution Manage billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing and coordinate with Finance on discrepancies Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure operational accuracy and smooth onboarding Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a related analytical role Familiarity with billing or CRM & ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot) Understanding of the commercial impact of operational decisions, including pricing and margin considerations Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Proficient communication skills in English
