• Estimated annual earnings of $70,000 to $110,000

  • 2.5% equipment lead turnover incentive

  • 10% incentive on Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) products

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Overtime available during busy seasons

• Local service territory within approximately 45 minutes of the Crestwood, KY shop

Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC installation, equipment replacement, startup, testing, and system commissioning throughout Crestwood, KY and the surrounding Louisville service area

• Verify job site conditions and recommend effective installation solutions when needed

• Install, maintain, repair, and modify residential HVAC equipment and related components

• Complete inspections and operational testing to verify systems are functioning safely and efficiently

• Handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA regulations and industry standards

• Perform all work under a valid Journeyman HVAC License while following applicable HVAC, mechanical, and safety codes

• Provide guidance and code compliance support to apprentices and technicians when needed

• Clearly explain installation details, system operation, and available services to homeowners.

• Confirm all repairs and installations are operating properly before leaving each job

• Maintain an organized company vehicle and properly care for company tools and equipment

• Use company pricing resources to present solutions and discuss available service memberships

• Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and team events

• Follow company safety expectations and professional standards

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every installation

• At least three years of residential HVAC installation experience

• EPA Certification required

• Valid Journeyman HVAC License required

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation, equipment replacement, startup, and commissioning

• Ability to work independently while following applicable HVAC, mechanical, and safety codes

• Experience providing direction and support to apprentices or less experienced technicians

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• High school diploma or GED required

• Associate degree is a plus but not required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Working knowledge of current HVAC codes, regulations, and industry best practices

• Ability to safely operate HVAC equipment, power tools, and testing instruments

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and perform physical job duties

• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, on ladders, in crawl spaces, and in varying weather conditions

• Candidates who live within approximately 30 minutes of the Crestwood or Louisville metro area are encouraged to apply

• Availability to work overtime when business needs require
