YoureRole in the Blueprint:

We areseekinga hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to support our growing construction division. In this role,you'llwork alongside experienced tradespeople and crew members to help deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects from the ground up. Ifyou'rea dependable team player who takes pride in your work and is eager to grow within the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

WhatYoullBuild:

• Assistskilled tradespeople with framing, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks

• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites

• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Follow directions fromforemenand crew leads to keep projects on schedule

• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site

• Assistwith demolition, debris removal, and site preparation as needed

• Support multiple trades and adapt to varying tasks across different job sites

Your Foundation:

• Prior construction or labor experience preferred; entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic

• Ability tolift upto 75lbsand perform physically demanding tasks regularly

• Valid driver's license preferred
