- Assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications , treatments, and therapies per physician orders.
- Monitor patients' progress and communicate findings to physicians and other medical staff.
- Provide education to patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and aftercare.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols .
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, contributing to a positive team environment.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment .
