Duration: Long Term JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in SAP, with 4 or more years in BTP solution architecture
• Hands-on experience with BTP services including CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, Event Mesh, and Security services.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and APIs.
• Proven team management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, AI/ML services, and Analytics Cloud.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards for BTP deployments.
• Guide application modernization, cloud migration, and integration strategies with third-party systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of tech leads, developers, and integration specialists.
• Drive knowledge sharing, skills development, and team performance improvement.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on BTP capabilities, solution options, and roadmap planning.
