Ellucian seeks a strategic, business‑oriented Assistant General Counsel, Data Privacy & AI, to lead the company’s global privacy strategy and AI governance. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Information Security, HR, and leadership to enable innovation while managing regulatory risk.
In this role you will shape privacy-by-design practices, advise on cross‑border transfers, and address evolving AI regulation. A JD, bar admission, and 10+ years of related experience are expected.
