Our client is seeking a Community Relations & Sales Specialist to play a key role in driving growth and building strong relationships throughout the local community. This is a highly visible position that combines sales, networking, business development, marketing, and customer engagement . You’ll have the opportunity to guide prospective customers through their journey—from the first conversation and community tour through onboarding—while developing referral partnerships and expanding the organization’s presence in the community. Conduct engaging community tours and provide a personalized customer experience. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage activity through the CRM. Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, local professionals, and community organizations . Represent the organization at networking events, presentations, community events, and outreach activities. Develop new business opportunities through proactive relationship-building and community engagement. Coordinate customer onboarding and transition activities to ensure a seamless experience. Partner with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, events, sales strategies, and occupancy goals. Monitor sales activity and follow-up to maintain a healthy and active pipeline. What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, marketing, hospitality, or community relations . Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of people. Experience using a CRM system and managing a sales pipeline. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team. A genuine interest in helping people and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for networking and community outreach.
