E-commerce Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Memphis, TN. This on-site role supports daily online store operations, product catalog accuracy, customer communication, merchandising updates, and ecommerce reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented ecommerce professional who enjoys working with product data, digital platforms, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Upload, update, and maintain product listings across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes, categories, and SEO-friendly content. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and catalog accuracy while coordinating restocks or updates with internal teams and suppliers. Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or marketplace messaging, including questions related to products, returns, refunds, and order issues. Support ecommerce merchandising efforts, including promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal updates, homepage banners, featured products, and layout changes. Pull and review sales reports, product performance data, and inventory summaries to identify trends, slow-moving items, and optimization opportunities. Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, customer service, and product teams to support ecommerce growth and improve the customer experience.
