Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides that fit their needs and lifestyle
• Build relationships with customers and create an exceptional buying experience
• Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
• Follow the Big Hometown Sales Process
• Maintain consistent CRM follow-up through calls, texts, and emails
• Stay knowledgeable on current and upcoming models, features, and promotions
• Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards
• Work closely with finance, parts, and service departments to maximize customer satisfaction
• Participate in dealership events and promotions
