THE LEAD RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of electrical work experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience with hands-on residential service and/or maintenance work
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High levels of organization
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
As our Lead Residential Electrician, you'll be responsible for directing a team of talented technicians in accurately troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customers' home electrical systems. You'll also perform hands-on work yourself, fixing any problems you uncover to get the system functioning. You'll find the balance between efficiency and quality, and you'll check over your team's work to make sure everything looks good before heading out to the next job.
