We’re looking for an experienced or motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis . Depending on your experience and interests, responsibilities may include: Patient restraint and Fear Free handling Venipuncture and IV catheter placement Laboratory sample collection and processing Digital radiography Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery Surgical and dental procedure support Dental radiographs Pharmacy and medication preparation Inpatient and outpatient nursing care Client education and communication Treatment implementation under veterinarian direction Maintaining accurate medical records Helping doctors and fellow team members keep patient care running smoothly We welcome technicians with different levels of experience. What We’re Looking For Required: Current New York State veterinary technician license , or eligibility to obtain NY licensure Graduate of an accredited veterinary technology program Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and professionalism Experience is valued, but attitude, clinical judgment, communication, and a genuine commitment to excellent patient care matter just as much.
