The Role

\n

We are hiring an Accounting & Operations Project Manager to be the person who keeps Bedrock’s systems running right. This role sits where accounting, operations and technology meet: you will set up every new team member and every newly acquired community in our systems, process the resident transactions that keep our rent-rolls accurate, and serve as the first line of support when something isn’t working. You will partner closely with our accounting team, our Head of Operations and community managers across the portfolio.

What You Will Do

\n

Team Member Onboarding & Offboarding

\n

\n
• Onboard and offboard employees across all systems—Yardi, Ramp, RingCentral, Asana, Adobe and network access—so every new hire has a smooth first day and every departure is closed out cleanly
\n

\n

New Property Onboarding

\n

\n
• Onboard newly acquired communities into our systems, including P2P workflows, RentCafé, job costing for homes, rent rolls and GPR
\n

\n

Resident & Lease Administration

\n

\n
• Process assigned move-ins and move-outs per requests from community managers
\n
• Process rent increases and fee changes throughout the portfolio, timely and accurately
\n
• Process resident screening applications
\n

\n

Help Desk Support

\n

\n
• Review and troubleshoot help desk tickets from employees
\n
• Know when to resolve, when to escalate and when to route a ticket to a different person—and do it promptly
\n

\n

\n

How Success Is Measured

\n

We believe in clear expectations, and we think you will appreciate knowing exactly what “great” looks like from day one. The Accounting & Operations Project Manager will be measured against the following:

• Move-ins / move-outs: processed with 95% accuracy and no repeat issues
\n
• Help desk: 95% of tickets receive a response within 24 hours
\n
• Employee onboarding / offboarding: completed within 3 days of notification
\n
• Resident applications: completed within 48 hours of notification
\n

\n

These are standards, not moving targets. Consistent, dependable execution is exactly what wins here.

Who We Are Looking For

\n

\n
• Experience in property accounting, property management operations or systems administration; Yardi and RentCafé experience strongly preferred
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in error-free work
\n
• A methodical, organized approach—comfortable following established processes and improving them over time
\n
• Ability to manage a steady volume of recurring requests while consistently meeting turnaround times
\n
• Comfort troubleshooting software and access issues, with sound judgment about when to escalate
\n
• Clear, courteous written communication with community managers and colleagues
\n
• Familiarity with Ramp, RingCentral, Asana and Adobe a plus
\n
• Interest in manufactured housing and affordable housing a plus
\n
