*Medical Scheduling Specialist*
*Location:* Indianapolis, IN (Shadeland Area on east side)
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
*Work Environment:* Onsite training (4-6 weeks), then fully remote
*Pay:* $16/hr

Join a respected healthcare revenue cycle team as a *Scheduling Specialist*, where you'll play a key part in coordinating patient appointments and ensuring smooth daily operations. *What You'll Do*

* Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
* Follow all scheduling guidelines and departmental procedures
* Communicate appointment details clearly to patients and clinical teams
* Audit and complete electronic documentation of patient and case information
* Meet daily deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, peers, and supervisors

*Training & Work Environment*
All new hires located in the Indianapolis area will attend orientation and new hire training at the Shadeland office.
After training, employees may qualify for:

* *2+ years of recent call center experience*
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to think quickly and remain professional under pressure

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
