This is a strong opportunity for a mechanical construction PM who wants major project work, strong compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term growth. What You Will Do Manage equipment, material, and subcontractor estimates. Handle purchasing and release of non-commodity items. Oversee submittal, operations, maintenance, and closeout processes. Negotiate and price all change orders. Develop initial project schedules. Submit RFIs and review responses for scope impact. Provide project information to the Construction Manager, job Superintendent, Fabrication Division, and Start-up Supervisor. Collaborate with the Virtual Construction Department for detailing information. What We Are Seeking Hands-on project management experience in commercial, heavy industrial, or mission critical construction projects. Experience managing projects lasting a year or more. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Building Construction, or Construction Engineering Management. Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software. Knowledge of strategic planning, accounting, cost forecasting, and resource coordination. Ability to work diplomatically with owners, GCs, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, and draftsmen. Knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, engineering standards, and codes.
