SKILLS REQUIRED

\n

Primary (Must-Have):

\n

* Hands-on experience on the D365 Field Service Modules | Deep knowledge of work orders, scheduling, inspections, mobile, security, workflows, and configuration

\n

* Hands-on experience on the D365 Sales and Marketing Application

\n

* Industry experience in logistics, transportation, terminal, warehouse, manufacturing, or field operations

\n

* Experience with global or multi-site deployments and Field Service Mobile/offline scenarios

\n

\n

Secondary (Good to Have):

\n

* Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate

\n

* Experience with Dynamics integrations and the full lifecycle from design through production support

\n

\n

POSITION OVERVIEW

\n

This role sits within the enterprise technology delivery department, reporting directly to the Engagement Director. The consultant will solve critical operational challenges by providing hands-on functional expertise for a high-impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service implementation. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end solution design, process discovery, and configuration to optimize field operations and multi-site deployments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

* Own functional design, process discovery, fit-gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution validation.

\n

* Provide hands-on expertise across work orders, incident types, resources, scheduling, inspections, mobile, security, and workflows.

\n

* Drive a standard-first approach and challenge unnecessary customization to ensure system scalability.

\n

* Configure, validate, and troubleshoot Dynamics functionality across development, test, UAT, and production environments.

\n

* Ensure seamless integration with mobile solutions, integration services, transportation systems, data platforms, and other enterprise applications, while leading readiness for SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
