Now Hiring: Lead Mover / Box Truck Driver (Class C)

Location: Austin, TX (In-Person)
Pay: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour + Tips & Performance Bonuses
Total Earning Potential: $25 – $35+ per hour (including tips/bonuses)
Job Type: Part-time (Eligible for Full-time & Benefits after 6 months)

The Daily Grind (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead the Crew: Safely operate company box trucks and lead a team of movers on-site.
• Professional Service: Pack, wrap, and protect customer belongings with care.
• Heavy Lifting: Confidently move and lift furniture (up to 150 lbs) including stairs.
• Technical Tasks:   Assemble/disassemble furniture and maintain accurate inventories.
• Fleet Pride: Keep trucks and equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next mission.

What You’ll Need to Qualify

• License: Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Certification: Current  DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Physicality: Must be able to lift 150 lbs and maintain a high level of energy all day.
• Professionalism: Clean-cut appearance, good hygiene, and a  strict no-tobacco policy (including e-cigs) while on duty.
• Communication: Must speak and understand English fluently to coordinate with customers.
• Reliability: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Schedule & Location

• Flexibility: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
• Location: Based in Austin, TX. Travel between local job sites is required.
